Get Golf Swing Right
There are two circles, or sweeps, making up the golf swing. One is taught by the rotation of the body (I call the horizontal sweep) and the second is inculcated into the arms lifting the club over the right shoulder, which I call the vertical flow. I would call the attention of the player for a few issues that concern them, can be a guide in understanding the functions of each.
These two forces are the main elements of the battle, and the mechanical problem, they offer, some nice work correctly in calculating mind of the player.
First I do not think many players are aware of the importance of the pillars of these two different forces on the swing, and the function of the individual. Since our focal point or center, it must be noted that we are able to clearly see the ball, and the spindle remains constant with respect to the distance of the ball, we must not forget that the balance between the shoulders, as it is through the shoulders and arms, the power is immediately transferred to the club.
We now consider the vertical swing or a circle, because it is the largest amount of problems for players, such as the weight, resulting in pulling the hands. To clarify this point, I suggest the following experiment: Address the ball in your usual way and remove everything that does not belong to a vertical sweep of making your stroke, that is, every record that something the nature of a horizontal or parallel-to-the-land movement.
You'll find that you just want your club to rise above your head and bring it back down. If you notice carefully you will find that maintaining the land store, you attract into your hands. You'll notice that the club head extends beyond the ball if your club off the ground and pulling you will also observe your swing down to the vertical sweep makes your club rock through which the ball straight forward. Full vertical circle or swing you pull in your hands.
